THE ROLE
HUGO BOSS are seeking a creative, talented and passionate part time In Store Visual Merchandiser to join us for approximately 23 hours per week, at our leading Flagship location on King Street, Sydney!
- Interpreting and executing VM directive, ensure that Visual Merchandising standards are consistent and aligned with brand requirements
- Maintaining VM and store presentation standards
- Working with the store team to identify and implement merchandising opportunities to increase sales
- Provide VM support and on-the-job training to the retail team
- Execute and oversee new collection drops in line with VM directives, ensuring minimum disruption to the in-store customer experience
- Implement store window displays
- Mannequin dressing and styling
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven Visual Merchandising capabilities and experience, within the retail apparel industry will be advantageous
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Superior attention to detail with a passion for Visual Merchandising and a love of fashion
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Self-motivated, achievement orientated and comfortable using own initiative
- Possess the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt within a dynamic retail environment
