We are seeking an experienced merchandiser to join their QLD store. Reporting directly to the National VM Manager you will travel between the states key stores.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Setting and maintaining the visual standards within the store environment
• Providing support and ongoing education to all staff and management
• Maximising sales through relevant placement of product & visual focus points within each store
• Ensuring the success of every marketing campaign through communication of required placement of products and set up of promotions
• Conduct merchandising training sessions for new managers
• Ensure effective rollout of new product / ranges
• Maintain photographs / Instructions via email / intranet and merchandising manual

We need:

• Minimum 12 months experience Visual Merchandising in Fashion (this is essential)
• Confidence in liaising with people at all levels
• Strong customer service orientation
• Well developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively
• Attention to detail and creative flair
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in an organised manner
• Proven problem identification and resolution skills
