About You
- Experience in retail preferably in a leadership role
- Posses strong time management, planning and organisation skills
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team culture, self motivated, proactive and passionate.
- Lead by example
- Well presented and professional
- Basic computer skills
The Role
- Assist the store manager to manage and motivate the team to achieve budgets and KPI's
- Customer Service
- Assist in managing the rosters to ensure store coverage
- Assist Store Manager with administration and reports
- Maintain a well-organised storage area and back room.
- Ensure VM of the store is in line with company standards
- Lead by example
