Join the Inner West team and take the next step in building your retail career. In this role you will help the Store Manager lead and motivate the store team to provide great customer service and meet targets.
ABOUT YOU
You are obsessive about quality and details, a natural leader, you are a sports fan and of course you need to have:
- Previous experience in a similar store supervisory position (essential)
- Solid understanding of retail store budgets and sales targets
- Experience in developing a customer service focus in a retail store
- Ability to lead by example and manage a diverse team
- Passion for the Sports
- Are not shy in making the rules
