• Proven ability to achieve budgets and KPI's within retail store environment.
• Contribute to brand image through inspirational service and leadership.
• Strong business acumen.
• History of leading team of approx 6.
• Provide exceptional customer service within a high turnover environment.
• Stock control including stocktake.
• Rostering.
• Provide regular feedback to team and follow performance management processes where necessary.
• Merchandising.
• Strong time management.
