Your role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, including addressing queries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate product knowledge to customers on purchase options
- Undertake general duties including cleaning, stocking and administrative tasks
- Follow all store operating procedures
- Be proactive and show initiative, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Actively contribute to the success and growth Stihl Shop Dandenong
Skills and experience:
- Previous retail experience essential
- Positive attitude, mature outlook and an excellent work ethic
- Good communication, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to adopt a hands on role regarding all aspects of retail operations
- Physically capable of working in a fast pace sales environment
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Willingness to learn
