About the role:
The role will primarily be a Retail Sales & Design role with some responsibility for stock control. In addition to general customer service and technical sales activities you will be responsible for ordering, receiving and maintaining the stock for the store. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist customers to find innovate solutions using Stratco products and materials
- Growing sales
- Identifying new product and market opportunities
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
- Maintain store stock levels
- Assist with product merchandising and the setting up of product displays
- Participate in training and personal development sessions
- Undertake general housekeeping activities
- Adhere to Stratco safety and other policies
Skills and attributes:
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- The proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Be action oriented
- Be a hands on, practical person with good technical ability
- Computer literacy
- Outstanding organisational skills
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Previous design consulting or building experience is desirable.
This role will be a full time position

As our stores operate 6 days per week,
you may be required to work some weekends.
