T2 is currently searching for a Store Manager to lead our Top Ryde store! This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join our global brand and you will bring to the table your passion for customer service and your love for all things tea!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving budgeted sales and wage targets.
  • Delivering and maintaining exceptional customer service in store.Providing feedback to your team to encourage and support them in all areas.
  • Supporting the training of your team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
  • Maintaining store presentation standards and brand awareness.
  • Creating a positive and friendly environment for our customers.

  • Have experience in managing a Retail Store and developing a successful team.
  • Display confident leadership, effectively using the team to achieve excellence.
  • To be accountable for driving the business forward and be an inspirational ambassador of T2.
