What to expect:
- Achieving monthly KPIs
- Creating a positive and inviting luxury retail space for customers
- Ensure smooth running of the store and performance
A bit about you:
- Strong ability to build rapport with high-end customers, and a knack for teaching others how to close the sale on the spot
- True passion for Interior Design and/or luxury retail brands
As Sentosa custom makes and imports a vast range of furniture and unique homewares, the, the key to success in this position will be your ability to get excited about products that the customer sometimes can't always see in-store. Your style will have a direct ripple effect towards the wider team and as such it will be a given that you possess a strong ability to build rapport instantly, with a knack of closing a sale on the spot.
