Are you looking for a sales role with a fun, dynamic team and an exciting product to work with? Do you aim to deliver excellence in customer service and love the challenge of the sell? Our Carnegie team are looking for their next team member. With Bicycle Superstore continuing to experience strong growth, exciting opportunities exists for passionate, customer focused, results driven individuals. We are looking for people that have experience working on a sales floor, are confident when approaching customers, neatly presented and have a passion for cycling. You will be the type of person that cannot wait to greet the next customer, have a thirst for learning, eager to help out fellow team members and are not scared of getting your hands dirty with cleaning duties.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in sales working in a fast paced retail environment.
- General knowledge of bicycles.
- Confidence that enables you to quickly approach and talk to customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills ensuring that every customer is greeted in a professional and friendly manner.
- Pride in your presentation combined with a keen eye for detail.
- A hunger to learn about new products and stock control systems.
- The drive to exceed sales targets set by store management.
- Experience in receipting and displaying of stock.
- Outstanding planning, organisation and time management skills.
In addition to the above the successful candidate will be driven for achieving the next challenge, love working with a team and be available to work on weekends and public holidays. You will possess a high degree of integrity, take responsibility for your own actions, and be motivated.
