We are a leading niche brand in the Australian retail market place. With boutiques spread across Australia and New Zealand we are looking for a sales focused leader who can work with the retail managers and staff, to build on our existing success.
What we are looking for?
We require the successful candidate to possess experience in women's fashion retail and relationship-building skills and you will be responsible for motivating and driving your team to execute great customer service.
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate the following:
- A proven record in women's retail fashion management
- Strong sales and kpi focus, with the ability to engage and outfit customers
- A genuine sales approach with proven sales record
- Highly determined, with an ambitious drive to achieve targets
- Proven ability to co-ordinate effective team communication
- Strong leadership ability, including training, performance management, motivation and coaching
- Developed business acumen, with the ability to achieve optimal levels of profit and growth
- Proficient in stock management and inventory
- Commitment to continuous improvement through goal planning
- Well presented and show strong organisation and communications skills
Your background will include retail area management, cluster management or national sales roles. You will need to have extensive people management experience and be up to date on the women's retail fashion marketplace.
You need to be a competent sales leader, able to analyse sales and performance and understand how to get the best out of people.
