DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
About us:
We are the distributor for several leading sport and fashion brands including Brooks Running and Diesel denim. Our online marketing program is driving growth through both e-commerce and retail channels. An opportunity exists for a Digital Marketing guru to join our team and lead our efforts in this area.
The Role:
- Drive the digital program for premium sport and fashion brands
- Diverse & challenging role in a collaborative team environment
- Full Time - Tullamarine location
- $70K-85K package (Pending experience, includes Super & Incentives)
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will encompass a broad scope of responsibilities including:
- Maintaining multiple brand sites and achieving e-commerce targets
- Co-ordinating social media pages and driving consumer engagement
- Optimising User Experience
- Management of Customer Databases and communications
- Aligning digital efforts with brand marketing strategy & opportunities
- Driving traffic via multiple mediums including SEM, SEO, Remarketing etc
- Working with Agency and Developer partners
About you:
- Degree qualified with an enthusiasm for all things digital, you maintain awareness of industry developments and best practice to ensure your skills are current
- 2+ years’ experience in a related role, preferably with a strong consumer focus.
- Excited by the prospect of your efforts reaching a wide audience and driving meaningful business outcomes, you’re also a detailed planner who enjoys the challenge of a multiple projects.
- Socially savvy with a great understanding of social media and its use to increase engagement
- Strong communications skills allow you to thrive in a close-knit team environment whilst also positively engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Passionate about e-commerce in a professional or personal sense (online shopaholics welcome!) you’re ready to implement initiatives to improve consumer experience & drive performance
