About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and fun Store Manager who can lead from the front within their popular High Volume Hobart City location. As their Store Manager you will use your energetic, hands on and self motivated personality to drive sales and lead your team towards successful store outcomes. Similar experience within a Fashion Retailer will be highly desirable, and you should have a proven ability handling high volumes of stock. This leadership role is a fast-paced, and a very customer focused role that will require your fun and engaging personality to shine!
- Fast paced , Fun - - $1 million + Turnover
- Progression piece, previous manager moved up within the company!
To be successful in this role:
- Similar experience managing a successful team within a fashion retailer
- Proven experience in mentoring and leading your team towards high achieving outcomes
- Strong ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skills
- Management of profit & loss, wages and budgets
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stock
- Experience in reaching, driving and exceeding KPI's and sales targets
- Demonstrating creative visual merchandising skills to ensure store display attracts customers
- Managing team performances; including monitoring sales and performance indicators
- Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers
