About the Company
PVH Brands Australia is a joint venture between PVH Corp. and Gazal Corporation Limited. The joint venture is to establish a unified approach for developing and expanding its global and locally-owned/licensed apparel brands in the region, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, Pierre Cardin, Nancy Ganz, HoldmeTight and Bracks.
About the Role
Support the Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Shapewear Wholesale team with the visual presentation of products within major department stores, Myer and David Jones across SA. You will implement and execute VM directives and ensure all stores are merchandised and visually displayed according to the guidelines provided by Head Office. This is a full-time role, reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure the visual merchandising standards are consistent and aligned with seasonal directives and brand requirements
- Ensure standards/housekeeping are met on the shop floor and in reserve
- Provide support and on-the-job coaching to store teams to assist stores with optimum set up and urgency
- Achieve visual project schedules to ensure they meet campaign and promotional timelines
- Provide ongoing feedback to State Coordinator and Head Office in relation to store
- Understand and strive to achieve stores performance measures through visual merchandising
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers when needed
Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated merchandising and display experience within the retail fashion industry, intimates experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business
- Superior attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload and be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- Must have current Australian drivers licence with own vehicle necessary
