Our Fairfield store requires a vibrant and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to work on our busy show room as well as assisting in our Buys and Loans room.
The Buys and Loans room is the heart of a Cash Converters store and offers a unique service to its customers to help them get on with their lives. Customers may want to sell their goods to us or they may require the use of our pawn broking service to take loans against their goods.
As a Retail Assistant you would need to have great negotiating skills, superb communication skills, provide excellent customer service,work as part of a team, assisting with general retail duties,merchandising stock,cleaning and pricing stock as well as general housekeeping duties.
Our stores carry a diverse range of products, more so than any other style of business. This makes for an interesting and challenging working environment.
