Based in Darwin, this role will require you to manage the relationship with a mixture of Company Operated sites and Retail Partners (Franchisees and Commission Agents) overseeing the day-to-day operations of a group of service stations within the Puma retail business. Reporting to the State Manager WA/NT/SA, this role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of budgets, compliance of site standards, site HSE and maximising sales and profit.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Retailing/FMCG/Hospitality in a management position
- Experience working with Retail Franchisee operations
- Demonstrated experience in fresh food retailing and merchandising
- Tertiary degree in business management
- Hold and maintain a current Driver's licence, with ability to travel and relocate as required
- Excellent analytical ability
- Proven ability to deal with pressure in a dynamic and busy work environment with a high level of organisational and time management skills
- Proven strengths in negotiation skills, problem solving and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated skills in managing, consulting and influencing Retail Partners
