This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join us at Glenrowan North in Victoria who can help us drive a culture of delivering “wow” moments in-store, and ensure our team are energised to deliver a great food and coffee experience to our customers.
As the Store Manager, a key focus of your role will be to continue to build the success of BP through managing all aspects of store operations and ensure your team delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining a culture of operational excellence and continual improvement. In working for BP Retail, you will be responsible for maximising sales and financial performance whilst driving a strong culture pf leadership, coaching and training to all team members.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong retail leadership experience along with a passion for driving customer experience excellence and the ability to drive safety standards in store.
