Your new opportunity
The role of a Samsung Galaxy Brand Expert requires you to exude passion and energy towards our products and customer service, focusing on providing a memorable customer experience day in day out.
Duties include (but not limited) to:
- Create strong relationships and trust with the customer and all retail staff members
- Troubleshooting Samsung customer product issues as they arise
- Help the customer understand the benefits of the product specifically for their lifestyle needs
- Provide tailored product demonstrations to each and every customer focusing on their needs
- Manage and achieve sales driven KPI’s across your selected stores
About You
- Telco/retail experience
- Experience as a previous brand ambassador/expert highly regarded
- Have your own vehicle and current drivers license
- Exceptional customer service and quick rapport building
- Availability must suit a permanent roster of 20hrs per week, Thurs/Fri/Sat preferred but not essential
