About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Store Manager that genuinely is passionate about leading a business to success through connecting with customers, exceptional styling, merchandising and great stock management to join the team at their Moonee Ponds store. You will love creating new stylish looks and take pride in your presentation. This is a role for a fun loving and motivated Manager who is ready to build client listings and style everyday, making sure all customers are walking out catwalk ready.
Skills & Experience:
- Management ideally within fashion if not retail management
- The ability to train and development your team
- A strong background in managing to KPI's
- The proven ability to exceed sales targets
- You will have experience in growing a database of customers
- Roster to budgets and ensure you control wage spend
- Understand the working of using P&L
- Work in a fast paced high demand role
- Understanding time management
- The ability to performance manage your staff and create accountability
- You will be a manager that is patient but determined
- You will be good at self assessing your business
- Clear and precise communication
