The role:
We have exciting new opportunities for amazing retail sales assistants within our beautiful Chermside store located in Chermside Westfield - the second largest Westfield in Australia. We are looking for individuals with a flair for homewares, styling and a passion for service excellence.
To succeed in this role you will need to possess:
- A genuine approach to providing the ultimate service experience
- An ability to work in a team in a fast paced business and take on additional duties to support the management team.
- Experience in achieving personal sales budgets and KPI's
- An ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and your team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong visual merchandising standards
- Experience working in a retail or sales position

- Mature minded and a confident communicator
- Focused on customer service and enjoy a sense of fun
- Energetic and team oriented
- Flexible to work across all days of the week including weekends and a late night on a Thursday where required
