About the Role:

We are seeking a strong and motivated people leader for this soon to open location. As the Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for driving your team to new heights and working with the manager to ensure that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience. Being a part of a new to open location means that you will be hands on in all elements of this opening. Being involved in the recruitment, VM & Outfitting of this store from day one.

We are also seeking Senior Salespeople to join this brand! If you love VIP customers, luxury products and live for the thrill of the sale then this role is perfect for you! Excellent commissions on offer with real long term growth for the right candidates!

The Perfect Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working within high end or luxury retailing is a must.
  • Managed a team of up to 7 staff in a high sales environment.
  • Exceptional sales ability.
  • Inspirational and motivating team leader
  • Has worked and driven a team to KPI's and Budgets.
  • Passion and drive not only at work but in your own personal life.
  • Strong work ethic and people management skills.
