Our design team travel the world, combing through Parisian flea markets and vintage stores in London and New York, drawing inspiration from the romance of eras past. Review may have been founded over 25 years ago, but we are still the destination for women wanting fun and feminine fashion.

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced and passionate retail leader with leadership qualities and a strong service focus to lead a talented retail team as a Store Manager.

Reporting to the Area Manager you will have the opportunity to work with amazing product, deliver operational excellence and engage a fantastic team to new levels of success!

• Your experience within women’s fashion apparel
• Your extraordinary relationship building and highly developed communication skills
• A clear and natural leadership style – including a focus on coaching, providing feedback and motivating staff in an authentic and engaging manner
• Some financial experience including profit and loss accountability ideally – but we can always teach you this
• The ability to remain unbiased and resolve conflict in a fair and positive way
• Resilient, responsive and adaptable to change
• A track record of delivering consistent sales results
