THE ROLE
HUGO BOSS are seeking a passionate, dynamic and sales driven Part-Time Sales Consultant to join us at one of our Melbourne city locations.
In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our clients, as well as collaborating with your team in the day to day store operations.
- Drive sales success
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Provide exceptional client service and styling expertise
- Meet and exceed company targets and benchmarks
- Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
- Establish and work as part of a collaborative team environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous retail experience, apparel preferred
- Experience working with sales targets & KPI's
- A passion for fashion and styling
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, coupled with impeccable presentation standard
- Comfort in working in a steady paced environment
- Flexible with availability to work evenings and weekends
