This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Online Manager who thrives on improving online fulfilment processes and exceeding Customer expectations through a seamless digital shopping experience.
The successful applicant will need to have proven experience in:
- Adapting to changes in the digital shopping environment and implementing systems and processes to assist online store growth
- Managing sales, expense budgets, KPI's, stock and wage control
- Great leadership and team building skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Accurately picking & packing and meeting ontime fulfilment KPI's
- Proactive business development and business improvement initiatives
