ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned as needed.)Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate our high performing team
- Achieve budgeted sales and KPIs by delivering a "Radical Guest Experience and driving store KPI's and
- Manage payroll effectively and on budget
- Implement VM directives as per global directions
Essential Attributes
- Extensive Retail Management Experience with a proven track record of success, with experience leading a large high performing team essential
- Coaching & mentoring style of management with a hands-on approach
- Driven, results focused & operationally savvy
- A commitment to training & development of your people & the overall team
- Strong team player with impeccable people and sales skills
- A can do attitude along with the determination to succeed
- Previous experience in an outlet highly regarded
- Ability to work weekends and through the peak trading periods
- Great sense of humour and the ability to have fun…we love to laugh!
