ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned as needed.)
Responsibilities??
- Assist the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high performance team to deliver a radical GUEST experience and drive exceptional results
- Manage store KPI's - Average Dollar Sale (ADS), Items Per Customer (IPC), Multiple Items % (Multi %) and Conversion
- Create effective time & task management plans to maximize opportunity
- Manage payroll effectively and on budget
- Ensure Team career goals are met and internal promotions fill open positions
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organised store environment

- Have previous retail management or supervisory experience ideal
- Coaching & mentoring style of management with a hands-on approach
- Driven, results focused & operationally savvy
- Strong team player with impeccable people and sales skills
- A can do attitude along with the determination to succeed
- Genuinely want to advance your career in retail
- Flexible to work over a 7 day roster
