About the Role
Total Tool's Kilsyth is currently looking for a Senior Sales Specialist who has experience working in a retail environment, preferably in the tools industry. You may have also worked in a trade and are wanting to move to a more stable job environment. You will provide high-quality customer service and contribute to a driven sales culture in a retail store.
You will be expected to bring your previous knowledge and experience in using or selling tools. We offer ongoing training on the latest and greatest tools, as well as opportunities for career progression due to our constantly expanding store network.
Our customers are professionals who make a living using quality tools. When it comes to tools they look to us for professional advice, service and solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Serve customers in store
- Drive sales transactions
- Provide advice and information on products
- Handle customer queries and offer solutions
- Maintain store displays
