Within our walls at Eden Gardens Carseldine, you will find a Nursery, Retail Space and Café. Stocking an electric selection of plants, terrariums and homewares. Our nursery contains a carefully selected collection of plants, from hardy natives to indoor plants, ornamental perennials to trees, cacti to veggies. Our aim is to educate, inspire, enable and engage our customers. Igniting their passion and enriching their indoor and outdoor lives with plants.

We require:

• A retailer passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets
• An exceptional sales professional dedicated to building a rapport with every customer 
• A well-groomed, practical, genuine, hardworking, friendly and customer service focused person

   

  We are looking for a team member who is passionate about design, horticulture, botany and craft.

  To succeed in this role you should be able to demonstrate:

• Proven track record of retailing and selling in the horticultural, gift, homewares, lifestyle and/or furniture industry  
• Drive to actively chase sales, convert customers and achieve sales targets
• A self starter, with an open engaging personality that we and our customers love immediately
• Strong visual merchandising standards
• An ability to work in a team in a fast paced business and take on additional duties to support the management team
• Ability to work two to four days a week with the possibility of full time in the future
• Be able to make terrariums and kokedamas at a professional standard
• Have some knowledge of Horticulture and a passion to learn more
