We are seeking a hand on, strategic and creative CRM Manager to join our small but dynamic team.

Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, the role is primarily responsible for customer acquisition and driving customer loyalty across Marcs and David Lawrence.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage overall email and SMS marketing channel strategy and content across Marcs and David Lawrence
• Own and manage data-driven marketing planning for Marcs and David Lawrence to optimise the relevance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Own and manage loyalty programs to increase member engagement across both brands and maximise customer data/insights to enable better business decisions
• Manage customer relationships through data-driven marketing: 
  • Change customer behaviour-  acquire new customers, retain customers and reward customers
  • Build an emotional connection with our customer - recommend, rave, review, referral
• Generate data and insight from email, SMS and loyalty campaigns to improve business decisions, optimise future campaign performance and identify new marketing opportunities
• Day-to-day and end-to-end management of email and SMS marketing calendar, working with Head of Marketing, Marketing Coordinator, Graphic Designers, Buyers, Planning, eCommerce to execute a high volume of email and SMS campaigns
• Manage Marketing Campaign Coordinator to deliver email and SMS campaigns and track engagement metrics
• Leveraging customer profile and purchase history attributes to build target audiences for email and SMS campaigns
• Assist in building emails using HTML knowledge where required
• CRM budget management to ensure all activity is delivered within budget

Essential Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in direct marketing with a focus on email and SMS channels
• Familiarity with Responsys or similar email marketing platform (Salesforce, Adobe etc). Experience in setting up campaigns, programs and building audience filters is essential
• Familiarity with HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop is highly desirable
