Our client is a successful, family owned menswear brand.  They are looking for an exceptional store manager for their Sydney store. Working closely with your 2IC you will also be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to grow and develop the business.  Your leadership and management style will serve to motivate your team to deliver success across all areas of the business.  This includes the delivery of sales and profit KPI's, team management, customer service and visual merchandising. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager you will need to have the ability to make profitable and strategic business decisions and effectively communicate them through to the wider team.
  
To be successful in applying for this fantastic role you will need:

• A proven track record in delivering delivers results
• Minimum 2 years retail management experience in apparel or footwear
• A “can do” attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Loss prevention and stock management skills
• Experience with rosters and wage budgets
• Great communication skills – verbal and written
• Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
• An ability to create a positive and motivating team environment
