The Role
Are you an experienced Store Manager that is ready to progress in their career! Are you a sales genius who can train and lead their team to success? My client is looking for the best of the best management team for multiple locations in Sydney, including our flagship store in Market City! Reporting to the Regional Manager, the ideal candidate will be hands-on and have a natural flair for styling, customer service, training, as well as the ability to maximise profitability in sales and operations.
To be considered, you must have :
- Apparel Management experience of at least 2 years
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing budgets and KPI's
- Visual Merchandise skills
- Strong people, training & development skills
