Our client is an Australian owned fashion forward company with a beautiful reputation. With a strong name in delivering quality fashion pieces and accessories, they are the sophisticated woman's go to brand. With an impressive amount of boutiques nationally, they celebrate the individuality of women and have a footprint on the international fashion scene.
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and outgoing Regional Manager to drive their Northern stores to success. You will lead, motivate and coach your region through regular store visits and communication to maximise performance and deliver budgeted results.
The ideal candidate will have the eagerness to learn and have the desire to constantly maximise their full potential. A strong business acumen will allow you to embrace change and practice continuous and nonstop improvement.
You will have:
- 5+ yrs retail operations experience in apparel
- Must have experience managing 10-15 stores
- Ability to implement business directives & strategies
- Passion for training and coaching your teams
On offer for you:
- Base salary $80,000 + super + tools + bonus
- $15,000 Car Allowance
