Our exclusive Client is a family owned and operated Australian business with stores throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia. They are dedicated to offering excellent customer service and a large range of reasonably priced products.
A vacancy has opened up in their Mandurah location for a Store Manager who is up for the challenge to over-see the entire operations of this multi-department store.
This role is suited to someone who has relevant experience in a high turnover/high volume retail environment.
The suitable candidate will come from a customer service/selling background preferably in big box, large format or variety discount. This important position seeks a 'hands on' manager who is always readily available to customers and staff in all departments across the store.
Key requirements:
- Proven large volume retail experience at Senior Store Management level
- A understanding of all aspects front and back of house - complete knowledge of financials
- An approachable leadership style where customers and team members feel empowered
- The ability to prioritise your time to ensure you managerial duties/requirements are carried out
- An eye for detail and strategies to maximise sales across all departments
- Motivating and encouraging personality and ability to train staff effectively
- Have a level headed approach to management and can diffuse and resolve situations well

- A salary of around $65k + Super depending on experience - salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
