About the Company:
This company is a 100% Australian owned and operated bedding business. Having a franchise and corporate model they are looking for a fearless leader to be the SALES MANAGER and to take on the KPI's and sales targets of the store as if it's their own!
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be highly motivated to achieve sales targets and hungry for commissions
- Be a strong leader and the ability to successfully motivate your team.
- Strong customer service and LOVE being on the sales floor.
- Have similar relevant experience in either a big box, large format, furniture or bedding environment.
- At least 2-3 years management experience of teams over 5 people.
- Be mature and have a strong work ethic with a stable work history
- Have experience working to sales targets and KPI's
- Strong admin, operations and financial management skills.
- Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
