About The Role

• Leading the established team
• Conducting monthly team meetings
• Rostering
• Managing the budgets and meeting store targets
• Ensuring all new stock is merchandised according to Plano grams
• Driving the customer service focus
• Influencing and motivating the team for success
• Tuesday to Saturday roster with alternative Thursdays
• Supporting the team and Management

About you

• Passion for clothing and shoes
• Strong business acumen

• Ability to drive and influence a team
• Friendly and approachable

• Self motivating and able to motivate your team

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years Management Experience ideal
• Management experience in a Fashion retailer is highly regarded
• Experience in fast paced retail
• A passion to delivering Genuine customer service
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Experience working with a team
• Highly organised with great time management and communication skills
