This position will suit an experienced fashion Store Manager. You will have a true love of retail and fashion, be a go-getter with a positive attitude, have high energy and the will to succeed.
Working closely with the FLAGSHIP Store Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a large store team including Stock Managers, Managers in Training and Salespeople
- Driving sales and profit in line with KPIs
- Ensuring every team member is obsessed with going over and above for every customer
- Powerfully merchandising the store to make an impact and entice the customer to buy
- Recruiting, training and developing the team
This is a super, fast-paced role and is not for the faint of heart. It is vital that you are a vibrant, energetic manager, who has excellent initiative and a can-do attitude. Previous experience managing within a high-volume, flagship environment is essential.
