This role is working with a new client of ours that are a retail sales company that run pop up stores in shopping centers around the broader Melbourne area. The product they sell is a luxury product that practically sells itself, and has heaps of health benefits. They are wanting staff to work in shopping centers out in the Western, Northern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne (all easily accessible via pubic transport).

About The Job
You will be manning the pop up stall with one other person, and providing customers with friendly service. There is a sales aspect to it as well, and the stores do have budgets to meet however helpful customer service is the key here. Full training is provided on the product, so you can answer all the tricky questions and grow your own knowledge on this product. Who knows you may even want purchase one yourself at the end of it?
It's a temp' position, so you will be a Symmetry HR temp contracted to work on site with our client (so technically employed by us). There will be a rotating 7 day per week roster between the hours of 9am and 5pm with extended hours on a Thursday and Friday night (late night shopping!) They are more than happy to work around school hours and other limited availability.

• Previous customer service experience in any industry.
• Outgoing, positive and resilient personality.
• Confident and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work in a small team or on your own for periods of time.
• Self motivation!
