About the role
The Warehouse Assistant will be required to be a hands on all-rounder.
- Look after all Online Inquires
- Complete online stock returns/exchanges
- Look after customer complaints in a positive manner.
- Hands-on with warehouse duties
- Online data entry
- Online support
- Providing exceptional customer assistance in order to boost online sales
Skills and experience
The key skills required for this position are:
- Clever and witty
- Able to deal positively with customer issues
- Able to work quick and efficiently
- Time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience in retail customer service
- Computer savvy
