The Sposa Group is an iconic name in the bridal industry which strives to deliver a dream gown to every bride. With over 400 beautiful and diverse gowns in our Sydney boutique and new designs arriving to the store weekly, we are looking to grow and expand!
What we are looking for:
We are looking for people who have a passion for the bridal industry, love retail sales and can fit right into The Sposa Group family with their positive, efficient and team-focused persona!
There are multiple roles, Part time and Full time positions available.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years of fashion retail experience, preferably in the Bridal industry
- Be highly motivated and show initiative with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be presentable with an outgoing personality, dedicated, mature and confident
- Have great listening skills to identify customers' specific needs and concerns, and to make them feel confident with our service
- Have a comprehensive understanding of fashion trends in bridal and formal wear
