About the business
This reputable retailer require an experienced and knowledgeable profit protection advisor to join their team as their group support officer.
About the role
Reporting into the national loss prevention manager, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Collation of stores risk model
- Development of loss prevention policies and procedures
- Training and maintenance of the stores audit program to identify stores risk levels
- Investigative responsibilities and reporting following correct business protocol
- Support incidents as per instruction and with relevance to risk level
- Shrinkage eveluation
- Relevant administrative tasks

Skills and experience
In order to be successfully considered for the role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a profit protection role
- Strong working knowledge of employment law
- Competent analytical skills
- Experience with criminal law and investigative techniques
- Competency to deal with law enforcement where appropriate
- Strong reporting ability and presentation skills
- Full Australian driving license
