Due to growth and expansion, Giorgio Armani Australia is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Emporio Armani Concession Store in Chatswood David Jones as Full-time Ready to Wear Sales Consultant.
Job Responsibilities:
- To genuinely welcome customers to the boutique
- To manage the sales process to best serve customers' needs and increase sales with the purpose of reaching the store's economic objectives
- Communicate effectively with customers as defined by Management
- Take care of replenishment and product layout as per Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Comply with the aesthetic parameters of the boutique
- Recognize loyal customers
Skills Required:
- Accuracy and attention to detail with stock management
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in a customer focused environment. (Experience in Luxury Fashion specialising in Ready To Wear is highly regarded)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact and engage with clients, offering them flawless brand experience
- Immaculate presentation
- Must be able to work rotating weekends
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with the clients
- Fluency in a second language is preferable - Mandarin and Cantonese highly favoured
