Known for their quality products and premium designs, they are a fast paced business who is rapid expansion plans and a hugely successful online and international presence.The CandidateWe are are looking for 2+ Store Managers and 2+ Assistant Managers for stores located in Sydney's western suburbs. This candidate must be passionate about fashion and must love customer service. You will have come from a background of high-volume sales and must be able to provide a consultative approach to all your customers. You will have the ability to lead and motivate a high performing team, all whilst delivering exceptional customer service. For the ideal candidate, you will be provided with continuous support, along with everything you need to grow and develop to be successful.About you:

• 2+yrs in retail management preferably within the fashion industry
• Lead by example in driving sales and KPI's
• Passion in providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
