About the brand:An Australian menswear brand since 1999, our client has multiple stores across Australia including concession stores. A brand which is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and quality menswear which offers a great culture.
What we are looking for:We are looking for a motivated, fun and friendly Store Manager to take the lead at our Brunswick store. Ideally the candidate should have previous apparel experience, has worked towards sales targets and staff management. To success in this role, you should be a team player and lead by example, with the goal to provide exceptional customer service.
- The role and responsibilities:
- Ensure store targets and KPIs are achieved
- Maintain store presentation and housekeeping
- Development of CRM
- Staff training and coaching
- Inventory management and fulfilment
- Rostering and budgeting
