Assistant Store Manager
At Three Chocolatiers, we want to change the way people see chocolate. Shaking up the chocolate industry, our chocolates are rustic, indulging and delectable.
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager that will join our team at our launch.
Three Chocolatiers first opened in December 2017. We have fast become a place of joy and happiness, where everyone can get their chocolate fix for the day. Three Chocolatiers is rapidly growing with multiple shops opening up in Sydney.
Our newest store is about to open in Penrith and Top Ryde Shopping Center, and we are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager, that will be consumer minded and lead a strong team to maintain a high level of service to our customers. Helping us to build a strong brand name, that they will be a part of.
You will be responsible for:
- Motivating, inspiring and energising your team through leading by example to go above and beyond for all our customers
- Identifying individual training needs and developing Team members so that they are engaged and capable of meeting tasks
- Ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently and achieves set targets
- Effectively manage stock to proactively achieve waste, yield and stock take
- Developing opportunities to maximise transactions and sales
- All-round making sure the shop is up to standards and expectations are being met
Who you are;
- Previous retail management experience and commercial acumen skills
- A confident people manager
- A leader with exceptional communication skills
- A positive, energetic and enthusiastic individual
- A Manager that is passionate about delivering inspirational and memorable customer experiences
- A creative individual with a passion for chocolate
