ABOUT YOU:

• Experienced ASM or Manager within specialty retail 
• Proven track record in achieving sales and KPI's 
• A strong communicator at all levels
• Ability to coach and develop team members for future succession  
• A positive attitude with high energy
• You lead from the front and inspire your team
