Being a West Australian owned family business with a successful chain of retail stores in WA and Australia's biggest kitchenware website, we are now expanding onto the East Coast and there is an opening for Full-time Sales staff to be part of our amazing and passionate team at our new Bundall store on the Gold Coast.
Our Full-time staff members are required to demonstrate excellent customer service that will wow our customers. We are looking for a dedicated person who is able to work in a strong team environment and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Full-time Sales staff will report to the Store Manager and the key responsibilities of the role are to:
- Assist the store management in training and development of the store team.
- Ensure the team are delivering a high level of customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to company guidelines.
- Be an ambassador for the Kitchen Warehouse brand.
- Have a strong understanding of all administration and inventory procedures.
- Be hands on and work both on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
The ideal Candidate will be:
- Dedicated to excellent customer service.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate.
- Organised and reliable with excellent time management skills.
- A strong communicator.
- Experienced in Retail.
- Available to work retail trading hours 7 days a week.
- Able to produce a Police Clearance (3 months or less)
