Due to company growth, they are seeking only the best Managers with a background selling big ticket items, have worked within a performance based environment and have earned huge commissions through exceeding company expectations. The successful applicants will be lucky enough to become a part of their massive expansion across Australia, and will have the opportunity to grow within their role into Regional/ State Management roles.
To be successful for this role, you will need to posses:
- A minimum 3 years in Assistant Retail Management within a KPI Driven Environment selling big ticket items, such as White Goods, Jewellery, Luxury Automotive or Furniture
- Experience over looking a minimum of staff
- The ability to articulate previous sales achievements
- An understanding of the importance of working every weekend
- A passion for exceeding personal targets
The ideal candidate will be rewarded with:
