Store Supervisor
- Full Time Position
- Annual salary $56,940 including superannuation + 4 week annual leave
Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Prior experience managing a retail store
- Previous experience exceeding sales targets and motivating teams
- Availability to work retail trading hours including weekends and late night shopping
- Stock ordering and control
- Merchandising and ensuring strong store presentation
- Roaster management
- Sound presentation and highly developed communication skills (both oral and written) to be able to interact and network positively with a variety of people.
- Self-motivated and a strong work ethic
- Team player, flexible with a positive attitude.
- Ability to customer service, providing training and work health and safety inductions
- Willing to undergo a Police Check.
Retail Assistant
- Full Time Position
- Annual salary $45,552 including superannuation + 4 week annual leave
Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Process stock orders
- Perform stock control
- Assist with stock take
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Participate in training and development
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to accept direction of store supervisors and managers
- Able to work as a team
- Enthusiastic, positive and friendly attitude
- Willing to undergo a Police Check.
The successful candidates will:
- Work full time with one of Hanaro Mart supervisors
- Excellent opportunity to be a store supervisor
Retail Staff
- Full Time Position
- Annual salary $45,552 including superannuation + 4 week annual leave
Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Chinese and Korean Bilingual speaker or Chinese speaker
- Multitasker for stock order, cashier, and hall staff
- Asian product purchasing
- Stock taking and display
- Enthusiasm and an outgoing attitude
- Excellent customer service and sales
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including evening, weekends and public holidays
- Willing to undergo a Police Check
