Presently an opportunity exists for the Store Management Team to lead a friendly and high performing team in Burwood! We are seeking ambitious, sales focused leaders who can inspire people and cultivate a fantastic vibe in store.
You will have:
- At least 12 months store management experience
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- A natural sense of style and an interest in fashion
- Strong selling skills
Duties of this role:
- Working towards achievable KPI's
- Mentor & support the team
- Develop strategies to increase turnover
- Visual merchandising and store presentation
