About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven STORE MANAGER to join the team at their Geelong location. You will ideally come from a fashion or homewares background and have excellent sales skills, meeting and exceeding store budgets and KPI's. Your mentoring and staff coaching will be your strong point to grow your store and your own success!
Skills and Experience:
- Retail management experience ideally from a Fashion or Homewares background
- Proven experience working to and exceeding KPI and targets
- A strong sales process
- Proven ability to mentor and develop a team
- Passion for visual merchandising
- Stock management
- Rostering, performance management and recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling customers
- A strong focus on continually improving customer service and the stores standards
- Must be highly motivated with a positive and up beat vibe to motivate your team
- Wanting career progression
